How about a training philosophy to fix your posture, get stronger, more toned and leaner?

Hi, my name is Michael and my vision for this blog is to help you create the Hot Body you’ve always wanted. Your new bod will not only look better, it’ll perform better too.

As a part-time personal trainer myself, I see a lot of confusion amongst the general public who just want to look sexy, be healthy and not dread showing off their wobbly bits at the beach. Quite frankly, this doesn’t surprise me. In today’s internet age we have an orgy of information at our fingertips, but wading through the blatant disinformation, inflated ego’s and supplement pimps has become a hazardous minefield. I find this to be especially true in the health and fitness industry and that makes me sad, because millions of people are failing this fitness challenge through no fault of their own.

A lot of training information is just inappropriate for the general public. For men, most training advice is geared towards the mass hounds who just want to get as big as possible without much regard for balance or aesthetics. The people who push these mass programs generally sneer at ‘wimps’ who just want to look good for the opposite sex. A lot of these guys have some sort of body dysmorphia anyway – kind of like reverse anorexia. Whilst I do like to have a decent amount of muscle mass, I don’t like to go overboard either and start to feel un-athletic if I get too heavy. Besides, you can be stronger, leaner and less bulky than these guys if you train right. Who wants to be all show and no go?

For the ladies, the reverse is often true. Advice dished out by popular girlie mags often doesn’t provide anywhere near enough variety or stimulus to give you tangible results. Heaven forbid a lady puts down the pink dumbbells and actually trains for speed, power and strength whilst trying to look sexy too!

So here’s the deal, I want this blog to become your go-to place to get the right information to achieve your sexiest look, whilst being sleek, powerful and healthy too. I hope you like it.

Let the blogging begin!
